Is the price per property, per room or per user?
Per property. Hotel and restaurant operations are included together on one subscription, billed monthly or annually.
What does the 14-day trial include?
The whole platform, with no card needed. Set up rooms, rates and menu; run real service. If you continue, your subscription starts where the trial ends.
What happens when launch pricing ends?
Launch pricing is a limited-time offer for early properties. Any change to your price is communicated before your next renewal, never applied mid-term.
Do you issue GST invoices for the subscription?
Yes. Every subscription payment has a GST tax invoice, available in the Hub.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly has no lock-in; annual saves 20%.
